Abstract Background Protein tyrosine kinase 7 (PTK 7) is a membrane receptor, which can be found in various kinds of cancers. In view this, detection PTK the peripheral circulation would an effective way for early diagnosis cancer. Results this work, multi-carbon dots and aptamer-based signal amplification ratiometric fluorescence probe was developed. The aptamer-modified y-CDs b-CDs were respectively chosen as interior label. quenched by Fe 3 O 4 cDNA (complement to aptamer) compound without 7, but recovered addition 7. Then, free aptamer cut DNase I, amplified signal. sensor established with LOD 0.016 ng mL ?1 . Conclusions Summary, developed protein applied MCF-7 cells human serum satisfying results, thus indicating that has huge potential clinical practice.
